Ways To Get Involved
Serve Home was created out of a desire to create a local mission experience for all - individuals, youth, families with children, college students, adults of all ages, church groups; people in every season of life; trained and untrained laborers ready to learn and willing to work hard to help others. Learn how you can get involved below and please contact us with any questions about how you can use your unique skills to serve your neighbors.

There are so many ways you could get involved! Volunteer using your gifts and experience, or just have a love for serving others!

You could be a site volunteer and serve on sites to complete home repair projects

You could join our Ambassador Program and volunteer to spend time with homeowners on workdays and once a monty to develop meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with those we serve

If you are a skilled laborer such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters, you could volunteer your time to help with critical home repair needs

If you love cooking you could help prepare or serve meals during our summer outreach week

You could be a site coordinator and help plan, oversee, and deliver materials to our worksites

If you are a musician you could volunteer to play with the band leading worship music for our summer evening programming

You could use your leadership skills as a member of our Board of Directors, worksite leaders, administrative team, marketing team, finance team, publicity team, and more!​
Church Groups
Serve as a group with folks from your church and experience the joys of serving together right in your community. How can Serve Home encourage and inspire your church?
Middle & High School Students*
Teens have the unique opportunity to stay overnight for the whole week - a mission trip experience right at home. Meet students from other churches and experience God in a new way.
Skilled Laborers
Do you have a specific skill or trade that you're willing to help us with? Interested in volunteering and increasing the scope of projects we are able to take on? Please let us know below.
Individuals
Do you have extra time off this summer, or paid volunteer hours you need to use? Serve with us, meet new people, and share a nightly meal with volunteers from all over southeastern MA.
College
Students
Use your time off this summer to give back to the community and grow with Jesus. College students interested in serving as a leader with our teens are always welcome (though not required).
Meal Crew
Do you love serving others by feeding them? Help us put together nightly meals for our volunteers and stick around for encouraging worship and discussion following each meal.
Families
Serve Home is special because children of any age are invited to serve with us alongside their parents. Participate with your whole family and teach your children the value of loving others.
Corporate Volunteer Groups
Looking for a way to serve with your employees? Grow as a team and give back to the community at the same time. Contact us to see if we have a work site available for your size group.
Worship Team
Do you sing, play an instrument, or run sound equipment? Apply to be on the Serve Home worship team this summer and join us in leading worship each evening. Limited spaces available.
